Return & Refund Policy

Each piece is thoughtfully handmade with care, intention, and attention to detail. Because of the nature of handcrafted goods, we ask that you please review our policy carefully before purchasing.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • A $20 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed defective.


Refunds

Refunds are available only if there is an issue with craftsmanship, such as:

  • Ripped or open seams

  • Broken stitching or lining

  • Missing beads or embellishments

If you believe your item has a defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can assess the issue promptly.

Once approved, we will issue a refund or replacement at our discretion.


Non-Refundable Items

  • Items returned outside of the 7-day window

  • Items showing signs of wear or use

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces (unless defective)


How to Start a Return

Please email us with your order number and a brief description of the issue before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
